Hello from Brasil!

Hi, I'm João Mattar and teach at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi in São Paulo, Brasil (in Portuguese written with an "s"). I am also a PhD advisor at TIDD - PUC-SP, a program on Technology Intelligences and Digital Design.

I have 2 boys (last New Year's Eve).

I have been researching and writing a lot about Distance Education and have several books published, such as Games em Educação:

You can practice your Portuguese with this long interview on the topic:

I have already taken all the classes I officially need to at Boise, but since the beginning I wanted to take this one to put theory into practice and produce multimedia courseware, what I am actually doing and plan to continue to do.

Have a great quarter!

  1. Hello João,
I'm always excited to learn ideas from others. I'm sure your projects will continue to inspire me. Your video already has even though I didn't understand a single word (well, maybe 'games').
